Director of Development

Jim joined the National College Advising Corps staff in May 2010 as the organization’s first Director of Development.  Jim has worked in nonprofit development for his entire career.  Prior to his work with the Corps, Jim was with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society where he started a major gifts program for the Eastern North Carolina Chapter.  Jim has also worked as the Director of Development for the Libraries at North Carolina State University and as a fundraising consultant to nonprofits throughout the east coast.

Jim graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
